- EUROPE: Through a letter organized and released by American Jewish Committee’s Transatlantic Institute in Brussels, 230 lawmakers have urged the European Union to designate the Lebanon-based Hezbollah organization as a terrorist group. The EU already recognizes Hezbollah’s military wing as a terrorist group.
