LEBANON:
- LEBANON: Lebanese protesters returned to streets in Beirut after the biggest blast occurred last Tuesday. They showed anger over the government and the political elite, who have presided over a nation that was facing economic collapse even before the deadly blast. The move came after the president of France Macron’s visit to Beirut. Over 57,000 Lebanese signed already an online petition to “place Lebanon under a French mandate”.
