IRAQ: Iraq has renewed its invitation to Saudi companies to invest in the country’s oil and gas sector. This year Iraq announced that it had agreed to allow Saudi companies to invest in its western Akkas gas field, Iraq’s largest gas field, located near the Syrian border.

  • LIBYA: Turkey will continue to support Libya’s government with training, consultation, and other support, Turkey’s National Defense Ministry said.
