MEASURES:
- GERMANY: Two Syrians have been arrested in Germany -in Naumburg, near Leipzig- on suspicion of helping to carry out an execution by an Islamist terrorist group in Syria, part of the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization, linked to Al-Qaeda.
